VT4VT privacy policy.

VT4VT operates public-information websites, surveys, and data tools. We aim to collect only information needed to provide those services, protect it appropriately, and explain how it is used.

Information you choose to provide

Contact messages, survey responses, submissions, and correction requests may include information you provide voluntarily. Individual forms should state their purpose and any additional use before submission.

Technical information

Our hosting providers may process basic request information needed for security and delivery, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp. VT4VT should not add advertising trackers or sell personal information.

Survey information

Survey pages must identify required fields, intended analysis, whether results will be published, whether quotations may be used, and how to ask questions. Public reports should aggregate or de-identify responses unless a respondent clearly agrees otherwise.

Sharing

VT4VT does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that operate the site, when a person requests or authorizes sharing, or when required by law.

Retention and corrections

Information should be retained only as long as needed for the stated project, legal obligations, security, or reliable public records. Contact VT4VT to request a correction or ask about information you submitted.
